As a Senior Learning and Development Strategist, Natasha worked with diverse and collaborative teams to design and deliver innovative and impactful learning solutions for her clients. Her span of knowledge developed for over 20 years across various industries including real estate, marketing, and wireless communications. Her skillset knowledge and learning strategies have been developed and refined in real estate, customer service, sales, marketing, communications, and facilitation. All of which, when combined, enabled her to create engaging and effective learning experiences that address the needs and goals of different audiences and organizations.

Her success in developing effective learning strategies led her to Epic Collaborative Advisors as a Leadership Strategist and facilitating executive development. Developing executives embedded a bottom-down approach to coaching and development, expanding the reach and depth of critical skills needed for organizational improvement and fulfillment.

Natasha is passionate about empowering and supporting others to achieve their full potential. Always eager to learn new things, explore new perspectives, and collaborate with others, she works from the position of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and beyond.

As a proponent of human rights, civil rights, and social action, Natasha now supports these causes in her current role as a Community Outreach Specialist through economic empowerment.
