Project Manager & Minister In Training
Lucci (pronounced Lucky) White is a remarkable individual whose life journey is a testament to resilience, tenacity, and unwavering authenticity. Born and raised in challenging circumstances, she has overcome societal obstacles and has forged a unique path in life that is truly her own.
Lucci's early years were marked by adversity, being born into the "hood" to teenage parents. As a black woman who defies traditional gender expectations and embraces her own identity, she stands confidently in her truth. Her core values of honesty, integrity, and authenticity are non-negotiable, and she embraces her role as a beacon of unapologetic individuality.
Lucci's remarkable journey took her through various life experiences, including serving in the US Navy during Operation Iraqi Freedom. She graduated from Sterling High School in 2000 and embarked on a successful career in the water and wastewater industry, accumulating 15 years of expertise and eventually becoming a Systems Project Manager for a Municipal Utility District.
As a lifelong learner, Lucci pursued her passion for technology and design, returning to education after 20 years to major in Mobile App and Web Design at Lone Star College. Simultaneously, she dedicated two years to a ministry program at Potter's House School of Ministry, a testament to her multifaceted interests and passions.
Outside her professional life, Lucci is an active member of her community and church. She values personal and professional development, often immersing herself in sermons, podcasts, and conferences to promote a healthier and more fulfilled life for herself and others. Lucci finds immense joy in teaching and coaching, whether in sports or life and celebrates the success and growth of those she influences.
In 2023, she fulfilled a dream by establishing her own LLC, "d’Luccs Lifestyle Clothing Co." — an apparel company that she aspires to develop far beyond clothing. Lucci's entrepreneurial spirit and her commitment to personal and societal growth reflect her philosophy that achieving big things begins with doing small things consistently.
Lucci's life is a testament to her resilience, authenticity, and determination, and she embraces every aspect of her unique journey. She lives by the mantra of always being herself because, in her words, "You don't achieve big things by doing big things; you achieve big things by doing small things… consistently." Her unapologetic authenticity and commitment to her values make her a true inspiration to all who have the privilege of knowing her.
